Hi!  I'm Jodi, founder of Fit with JMK, and a Canfit Pro Personal Training Specialist with additional certification in Pre and Post Natal Fitness.  I have also completed my Hypopressive Level 1 and 2 training.  I am an enthusiast for continual education and how the human body moves.  As such, I have taken a host of other courses and workshops including:

I enjoy continually learning new techniques and styles to provide program diversity for my clients.


In the year 2000, I had a burst compression fracture to my L1 vertebra with 70% compression on my spinal cord. Strength training enables me to live a relatively pain free life and having to recover from a traumatic injury blossomed my new love for the human body and how it can heal when given the right tools.


Even after my back injury, I carried my two beautiful babies; one born by

c-section and the other by VBAC delivery.


I am believer that “Yes you can” accomplish your goals and I am there to help you along the way.
