If you are working with others in the health care industry, I encourage a team environment. For example, I prefer to work alongside your physiotherapist, chiropractor or doctor to provide the ultimate customized training program for you.
The initial visit includes a 90 minute one on one consult to discuss goals and training/injury history plus a passive and dynamic movement assessment. Examples of areas assessed are breathing pattern, core connection, joint functions, and muscle movement patterns. Information gathered from the assessment is used to develop a customized program based on a combination of your goals and the assessment results.
